Ani Chaudhuri brings 20 years of experience in technology, spanning consumer, SME and enterprise.

Ani has founded 3 technology start-ups. eCircle (acqd. by Reliance) brought commodities trading for SMBs by executing India’s first online stainless-steel auction, Opelin (acquired by Hewlett-Packard) brought online backup to 4M consumers in 25 countries and Whodini (acquired by Declara) was an expertise location service for large enterprises.

Whodini was also named the ‘Best Business Technology 2012’ award by the Silicon Valley Business Journal.

Ani has also worked at McKinsey, HP, Alfa Laval, Tata Steel and Declara building new products and services.

Along the way, he has collected many mentors who have helped him see things in new perspectives and have taught him to better deal with his scars and stars.

Ani graduated with an MBA from Symbiosis University in India. He loves to travel, write and paint. An avid hiker, he has hiked the Grand Canyon rim to rim in summer, twice. Currently, he is working on a series of paintings based on famous poems.

Ani lives in Saratoga with his wife and two sons. Together they are building a new board-game called Spice Garden.
